Targeting organised criminal gangs to cut down on migrant boat crossings

🗣 Earlier today I asked the Immigration Minister about the migrant boat crossings between France and UK.

All too often these crossings are managed by criminal gangs who exploit vulnerable people, and who are linked to wider (and often even more invidious) international crime.

🚨 I asked the Minister what steps are being taken by the NCA and others to crack down on these gangs, even as they cross international borders. Doing so will drive down the crossings.
