Whatever help you need, my team and I are here for you.

Since December 2019, we have completed over 26,000 pieces of casework, supporting constituents on issues covering everything from child support to street lighting, and potholes to visa issues.

We have helped businesses navigate regulations, brought tricky issues direct to Ministers, and even managed to change case law to support people who have been let down by the system.

Whether we can help you directly, or put you in touch with someone who can, please do get in touch using the form below.

  • Advice surgeries are always fascinating and the best, and sometimes most challenging part of my job. I hold surgeries every week from my office in Cavendish Street, or via Zoom.

If you’d like to book an appointment and ask a question, get help with an issue, or have a chat, please get in touch with my team by completing the form at the bottom of this page.

  • My team and I have put together a directory of support available to those struggling with the cost of living. Click here for more.

  • Meet with my experienced casework team to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

    We can help you with:

    • Benefits and other matters dealt with by the DWP

    • Immigration and visas

    • Tax issues involving HMRC

    • Problems with the NHS

    • Problems with Child Maintenance Service or Child Support Agency

    • Complaints about Local authorities

    • And much more besides…

Every Tuesday from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm at my Barrow office:

132 Cavendish Street, Barrow in Furness, LA14 1DJ

  • We’re fortunate to live in such an amazing community. One which looks out for each other and wraps it’s arms around one another.

There’s lots of great work going on locally to help people through mental health challenges. My team and I have created a mental health guide which has a directory of some of the local support services on offer and few handy guides for looking after your mental and physical health at the moment.
